Dr. Betty Kelley has over 30 years combined experience as an adult educator, management coach, counselor, and trainer of specialized curriculum

Dr. Kelley is currently a career and outplacement consultant in private practice. Her work history also includes public school teaching and counseling, employee assistance counseling, outplacement services, graduate level teaching and training for organizational development.

Dr. Kelley holds certifications as Nationally Certified Career Counselor (NCCC), Master Career Counselor (MCC), Certified Instructor for Global Career Development Facilitator (CDF) programs, the certificate in Personnel Administration for Public Administration, and advanced degrees from the University of New Mexico.

She is a life-long resident of New Mexico, and observer of changing environment and workplace dynamics, particularly in the Albuquerque Metro area.
